All sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we offer the following support:

• Change-of-Mind (Design Change Only): You may request a design change within 12 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not been processed or shipped. Exchanges apply to the same product type only.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us at saintandruby@gmail.com within 7 days. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a collection of the affected item and send a replacement at no extra cost.
