Refund & Exchange Policy

However, we do provide limited support in special situations as outlined below.

1. Change-of-Mind Exchange (Design Change Only)

We understand that preferences can change shortly after purchase.

If you would like to change the design of your item:

• You must inform us within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

• Exchanges are strictly limited to design changes only for the same product type.

• The order must not have been processed, packed, or shipped.

• If your preferred design is out of stock, we will offer alternative designs of equal value.

This option is not available once your order has been packed or dispatched.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at saintandruby@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

In your email, kindly include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• A short description of the defect or error

This helps us verify and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

3. Replacement Process

​

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

​

• We will arrange for our courier partner to collect the affected item from you.

• After we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If the same item is no longer available, we will suggest a suitable alternative.

4. Important Notes

​

• Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery may not qualify for replacement.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Only products with manufacturing defects, damage upon arrival, or fulfilment errors on our end are eligible for replacement.

• We do not provide cash refunds for any reason.
